Battleship: South Dakota BB-49

A while since I have done one of these, I figured I finish up this on that has lingered in the drawing book for the past couple of months. 

The battleship South Dakota, not the one everyone knows and loves (BB-57), but the one that would have been built in the 1920s had naval development not been curtailed by the Washington Naval Arms Treaty. Armament would have been twelve 16"/50 Mark 2 guns (Very similar to the Iowa and those that would have been used on the Montana Classes navweaps.com/Weapons/WNUS_16-5…), sixteen 6"/53 guns in casemates and open mounts, and four 3" single guns (No real demand for AA batteries in 1920...) I used the model image from here (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Da…) plus using extra bits from images of the Colorado class to fill in some of the blanks (Since its preceding battleship class and thus would share a lot of features). There are no doubt accuracy errors and things like that but I'm just a fan of warships, not a naval historian!
